Blackpool

The Rank Foundation funded a programme in Blackpool just over 12 months ago. We are working with: Blackpool Carers Centre, the police, The Prince's Trust, Making Space (a mental health charity), Holy Trinity in South Shore and the Community Foundation of Lancashire. The aim is to build capacity of the voluntary and community sector, to inspire and help shape a programme that empowers local people to do more to help themselves. Above all, we are backing 'good people', those with the energy, commitment and desire to make a difference. This blog will tell their story.
